Items labeled "hand wash only" will be cleaned using our most delicate machine cycle. We use temperature-controlled water and professional detergents to mimic a gentle manual wash.
Care & Results
While we use the utmost care, we cannot guarantee the exact results for items that explicitly require manual hand washing. Processing such items in a machine is done at the owner's risk.
